Help support the swim portion of the Courage to Tri Triathlon at Sand Key Park, Saturday, August 23rd.  Afterwards, we will be paddling to breakfast where our friends at Courage to Tri will be treating us to our meal.

We will be meeting at the NW corner of the Sand Key parking lot.

Rainbow River “River”Cabin Kayak & SUP Trip

Join Darry Jackson on his day off for a hot dog cookout and a trip on the river.  Rainbow River may be the most beautiful river in Florida.  This is a trip you don’t want to miss.  If you need to rent a kayak or stand up paddle board, please call Bill Jackson’s.

Location: Launch from “The River Cabin” in Dunnellon, FL

Hot Dog Cookout at 12 pm, and launch at 1:30 pm

Check with Darry about dinner plans at Swampy’s.  If you are interested in spending extra time in Dunnellon, the Dinner Bell Motel has great rates at $69/night. 352-489-2550.

Holiday Kayak and SUP Paddle

Decorate your kayak or SUP to win prizes in this holiday paddle! Meet at 5:30 pm at Darry’s house and launch at 6 pm. After the paddle, Darry will be serving chili and his Famous Jackson/Peppin recipe Sangria. Feel free to bring a dish to share. Anyone is welcome to camp out. It’s going to be a great time!

It will be free for those who bring their own kayak or SUP. If you need to rent a SUP or Kayak it will be $48.
